Jonny Ash

As heard on BBC Wales, XSmanchester and Amazing radio. Jonny Ash are an indie rock quartet based in the North West and North Wales, comprised of brothers Callum and Dan Gaughran (frontman and bassist, respectively) lead guitarist Peter Roberts, and drummer Mike Jones.

Channeling inspiration from the likes of The Stone Roses, Thin Lizzy, The Beatles, Hendrix and Oasis to create reminiscent sounds of the 90s and 70s has lead to them amassing strong traction. Subsequently, this has lead to them supporting and working with the likes of The Sherlocks, Shaun Ryder and This Feeling.

OurSoundMusic companies 2021 hotlist includes Jonny Ash as a band with breakthrough potential, tipped to ‘blow up’. This may be attributed to the rich and diverse musical inspirations, combining with a strong local following which shows no signs of slowing down.

Megan Wyn

Megan Wyn is a Welsh indie-rock singer/songwriter from Anglesey, North Wales. Her debut single, ‘Polaroid’, has been streamed in over 40 countries, A-listed on BBc Radio Wales and has been played on some of the biggest radio stations in the world, such as RTE Radio 1 and BBC Radio London. Megan Wyn has had a very busy year including touring with some of the best up and coming bands right now such as Trampolene , The K’s , Andrew Cushin, Ed Cosens of Reverend and the Makers, played major festivals such as The Isle Of Wight festival and The Great Escape festival, and worked with Gibson Guitars and Scotts menswear.

Jackson Lucitt

Jackson Lucitt is an indie-folk artist born and raised in the industrial town of Port Talbot, South Wales.  Progressing from a band manager to promoter and then tour manager of his company Shiny Vinyl  Presents, Jackson has used the last few years to turn his lifelong passion for music into a career. He has  continued to run with this passion and thrown his hat into the ring of performing.

All his songs began as poems on a page—stories of heroes and villains, triumphs and cautionary tales.  One of the many benefits of growing up in a small, blue-collar, steel town is there is no shortage of  colourful characters. These stories would develop into a catalogue of songs played to a backdrop of  contradictory melodies.
